How is this different from Triple Whale or Lifetimely?

Those tools show you attribution dashboards — they tell you what your ad platforms already report. Ripplux tells you what's wrong with those numbers. We detect the gap between what platforms claim and what your Shopify data actually shows, then let you prove it with real experiments.

What do you mean by "estimated" vs "tested" findings?

When you first connect, our three engines analyze your data and produce estimates — pattern-based findings with honest confidence levels. When you run an incrementality experiment, those estimates become tested facts. The badge changes from amber (estimated) to green (tested). That's when you know for sure.

Will this affect my running ad campaigns?

The audit is completely passive — it reads your data but never touches your campaigns. Experiments do create a small holdout group (5–20% of one campaign's audience), but only with your explicit approval. You see the exact revenue impact before you start.

How long does setup take?

Under five minutes. Connect Shopify (one click), connect Meta and/or Google (OAuth), and your first audit is ready within 24 hours.

What if I only use Meta or only Google?

Ripplux works with either platform individually. Your audit accuracy is highest with both connected, but you'll still get actionable insights with just one.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the current billing period. Your data is yours — export or delete it anytime.

What if Ripplux doesn't find any waste?
